  • Order Status: Once an order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, you may need to initiate a return after receiving the product.

  • Once an order has been processed, shipped, or marked as “shipped” in your account, it can no longer be canceled.
  • In these cases, you may return the product once it has been delivered by following our Returns Policy.

 

  1. Unavailable or Out-of-Stock Items
  • Suppose an item in your order becomes unavailable or out of stock after your purchase. In that case, we will notify you immediately and offer you the option to cancel that item, replace it with another, or receive a full refund.
